Sound landscape exploration and the organisation and application of synthetic generative systems play a prominent role in his creative practice.

Szilágyi Barbi

Bornemissza Lőrinc
Composer, Sound Engineer, Instrument Designer
A keen experimenter, whether it be making music, building instruments or designing audiovisual systems. His final-year project was a self-developed synthesiser, and he has also built several unique, design-oriented instruments. In his work, he explores the intersections between music, technology and visual thinking.

Bartus Csilla
art teacher, visual artist
Visual artist, graphic designer and art teacher. She lives and works in Budapest; she has been teaching visual culture for three years and also runs art workshops for children and adults. Creativity, a psycho-pedagogical approach, self-awareness and a sense of playfulness play an important role in her philosophy.

Nagy Roland
Teacher, composer, founder of STUDI
He has been shaping everyday life in Pécs since 2013. he is a university lecturer, a musician, an event organiser and one of the founders of STUDI

Bölöni Anna
composer, performer
By combining my artistic background with my creative skills, I strive to create spaces and formats in which creation and development bring the joy of play. I have experience in managing the life cycles of musical and other artistic projects, from concept to realisation, as well as in developing the musical and general skills of children of various age groups.

Völgyi Bence
Sociologist and social researcher
I am interested in the intersections of technology, culture and society – from data and digital culture to music and contemporary cultural phenomena; I explore these topics both as a lecturer and a researcher at the Department of Sociology at the University of Pécs. In my courses, ranging from data visualisation to the sociology of music, we work with tools and perspectives that allow us to view the social and cultural world around us in a different light.

Nagy Máté
puppeteer, drama teacher
She qualified as a puppeteer in Marosvásárhely. Alongside her studies, she was actively involved in the work of the Ariel Youth and Children’s Theatre, where she appeared in several productions. As a teacher, he places great importance on free creative expression, collaborative play and self-expression through the theatre experience.

Kling Johanna

Tóth Csenge Sári
Szülésznő
I qualified as a midwife at the University of Pécs, but I soon realised that, for me, what is exciting about childbirth and pregnancy is not just what can be seen from the outside. Rather, I am fascinated by the stories, feelings and questions that make this experience entirely unique for every woman. I like to think about these things openly, with curiosity, and sometimes outside the usual framework.

Szula Gergely
Ceramics designer
He graduated in Ceramic Design (MA) from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Pécs in 2022. She is currently a member of staff responsible for product development at Domani.

Szabó Adri

I have been running creative and craft programmes for around ten years; I am particularly passionate about working with natural materials and experimenting with sustainable solutions.

Tölgyfa Gergely
Actor
I have spent my whole life working within the triangle of community building, art and education. For me, theatre is not an aesthetic issue, but a communal experience. My thinking is based on a philosophy centred on play, in which I consciously avoid hierarchical structures.

László András
DJ, composer
His musical journey began with hip hop. As his horizons broadened to include trip hop, jazz and funk, he also began to explore electronic music, collecting tracks featuring the dark, deep sounds of the UK scene. He has been playing these styles ever since, employing unique open-format DJ techniques.

Jankó Matyi
Lighting designer, paper artist, museum educator
Matyi Jankó has a wide-ranging range of interests. Still and moving images, two-dimensional and three-dimensional constructions, light and shadow, theatre and music. He does not hesitate to blend these themes together without justification, and to use them to achieve ends he considers either lofty or entertaining.

Mezővári Luca
Festival organiser, artist
I’m a Pécs native and a self-confessed nature lover – particularly when it comes to dogs and plants. 😋🌱 Although my profession and livelihood have always been a world away from craft-based creativity, for as long as I can remember, there’s been a constant urge to create within me. I’m almost always working on some creative project, and the only limit is my imagination!

Vozár Anton
Composer
In my spare time, I’m involved in electronic music and media art, fire juggling and clowning, whilst trying to remain true to myself in my private life. My mother was the head of the Emma civil society organisation for 15 years, and I’ve picked up a thing or two from her. I’m also interested in dance and social sciences.
